SCV’s operational capability is driven by its corporate management structure with field base support to community operations. The Company has expanded its management team by concentrating on recruiting new team members with a demonstrated track record in hospitality, catering and operational management.

Corporate Support

SCV Corporate support team has expanded to provide property asset management services with in-house marketing, call centre, human resources, property management and financial services. These resources will enhance the work processes across the SCV communities while also assisting Village Managers to achieve optimal occupancy.

In parallel with the transition of the Village Life portfolio, the SCV catering division expanded its operations to supply meals nationally, which involves extensive menu planning to allow for the varying climatic differences experienced throughout Australia.

SCV will be providing millions of meals per annum nationally, making SCV one of the largest national providers of catering services in Australia.
