Lachlan’s major successes have been in implementing strategies resulting in benefits for shareholders. He is renowned for his creative and inventive solutions for brands including Baskin Robbins, Cookieman, Kenny’s Cardiology and Awesome Water.
Pamela Pointon B.Bus, CPA, CA, Dip.FS – CEO SCV Group
Pamela has 23 years experience across business and administration management, accounting and taxation, business growth consulting, and with entities conducting real estate, managed investment schemes and businesses holding an Australian Financial Services Licences.
Pamela is a distinguished scholar of Griffith University and continues to hold strategic advisory and governance roles to various business and professional body forums. Pamela is also Vice President CPA Australia Queensland Division.
Pamela is focused on guiding the company forward through it’s new management team and associated industry partners toward a great future.
Loretta Byers –Village Care
SCV Group welcomes Loretta Byers to the management team. Loretta has over thirty years experience in the aged care and retirement sectors. Her roles have included, Director of Nursing in Aged Care, Nursing Home Proprietor, Managing Director of 50 villages with 6000 residents and now Village Care.
Loretta is a Past President of the Retirement Village Association (RVA), was on the National Executive for ten years and now consults to the RVA board.
Based on her significant contribution to the industry, Loretta was recently awarded life membership of the RVA, an achievement realised by only a select few.
